12 Weeks Back Program
This program is for anyone that has ever played sports before and wants to get back in the gym. This program is a mix of strength, mobility and conditioning that will build up your overall strength.

1 on 1 Personal Training
We offer custom workout plans for every level of fitness. This can be done thru the Trainerize app or via video chat if you need a bit more guidance.
Primal Health Coaching
Are you ready for a complete lifestyle revamp? This 1 on 1 health coaching option is great for people that need help changing the way they eat and exercise. It will also teach you how to align with your primal side.
I played rec sports 3-4x a week so I figured I was in good enough shape, but I was always injured. After doing the 12 Weeks Back Program with InCharge Fitness, my overall strength has increased and I am injury free for the first time in years.
